These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Vidyaro Education Private Limited (“Vidyaro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “Student”, “you”, or “your”) governing your access to and use of our website www.vidyaro.com, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).

• •By registering, accessing, or using our Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• •If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Platform. Your parent/guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your actions.
• •We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vidyaro provides:

• •Online educational courses, live classes, and recorded lectures
• •Study materials, practice tests, and assignments
• •Doubt-solving sessions and teacher interaction
• •Progress tracking and performance analytics

3.1 Eligibility

• •You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
• •You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •One account per user. Multiple accounts or account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

• •You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• •You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• •We are NOT liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
• •Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4.1 Fees and Payment

• •All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course content unless installment plans are offered.
• •Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to terms.
• •You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
• •All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree).

4.2 Refund Policy

5.1 Ownership

• •All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Vidyaro and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• •The Vidyaro name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Vidyaro Education Private Limited.

5.2 Limited License

Vidyaro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• •Access and view course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use
• •Download materials expressly marked as downloadable for offline viewing on your registered devices

5.3 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• •Use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• •Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate teachers, staff, or other students
• •Post or transmit any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
• •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• •Engage in cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
• •Use VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions
• •Create multiple fake accounts or manipulate reviews/ratings

• •You retain ownership of any content you submit (questions, answers, feedback, etc.).
• •By submitting content, you grant Vidyaro a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.
• •You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or laws.
• •We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion without notice.

• •Course access is granted for the specified duration mentioned at the time of purchase (typically 1 year unless otherwise stated).
• •Recorded lectures remain accessible during your active subscription period only.
• •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or feature without notice.
• •Class schedules are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of cancellations or rescheduling.
• •We are NOT liable for missed classes due to your internet connectivity, device issues, or personal circumstances.
• •One device can stream content at a time per account. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vidyaro Education Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your use or misuse of the Platform
• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any rights of another party
• •Your submission of any content
• •Any breach of your representations and warranties

• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• •Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and you will lose access to all course materials.
• •No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to violations.
• •You may terminate your account by contacting support@vidyaro.com. Paid courses are non-refundable upon termination.

• •The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Vidyaro.
• •We do NOT endorse and are NOT responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
• •Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them. We are NOT liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
• •Use of third-party payment gateways, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet), and cloud services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration

15.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration, the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidyaro regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
